SNP Search Tool
Help
You can enter one ore more search terms to identify SNPs between B6 and BTBR genomic sequences. For example, entering the gene name Nfatc2 into Search Term 1, will produce a list of 313 SNPs, two of which are classified as missense mutations giving rise to coding SNPs in the protein. Alternatively, you can search for high, moderate or low impact SNPs in Search Term 2, genome-wide or for a specific chromosome. For example, there are 10 high impact SNPs (those that yield major changes in the protein product) on Chr 19. Lists of SNPs can be easily downloaded.
